Trained in architecture and turned social thinker and designer, Mario's experience ranges from visual communication, community building, urban design  and event production to branding, marketing, social innovation and impact strategy. Mario is  a fellow at the Royal Society of Arts, judge at the Student Design Awards and has been awarded by the Royal Institute of British Architects in 2017 for his academic design thesis. Mario has led accounts with Ford, Boxpark, Oddbox, W Hotel as well government, NGO and institutional projects. He's also a night time DJ and cultural curator.

Previously a rock band musician travelling across the world, Claudio carries over 20 years in the business, advertising and brand consulting industries across 6 countries, having led projects for major brands like Audi, as well as public sector gigs. He's currently a graduate Branding lecturer at the Istituto Di Design - Milano. He is the sage of group.

A master of design innovation, management and social communication, Angela's journey includes academic and professional work across Paris, Lisbon, Luanda and Barcelona, while launching  her own sustainable beauty subscription brand. She loves social activations and development  with focus on developing nations.

Graduate in Interaction Design at the Cape Town Creative Academy, Liza is a systemic and holistic designer with great passion for illustration and human centred solutions which bring positive change for all.

With the USA, Namibia, South Africa, Botswana and Angola under her belt, and a mix of strategy and project development around social impact; Lauretta creates innovative systems in less developed communities, addressing issues such as upcycling methodologies and building sustainable economic systems.

Matt has spent the last 12 years designing and leading comprehensive  identities for some of the UK's leading festivals, events and venues - Namely Resident Advisor, Printworks, Houghton and Junction 2 festivals, as well as campaigns with Coca Cola and Adobe. Ah, and he loves his motion graphics.
